Bemerkungen: Welcome to the fourth International Music Course Vitoria-Gasteiz. This year we will work once again with a number of teachers of international prestige. We have also added two new specialities: chamber music for string quartets with the Badke Quartet (UK) and piano accompaniment with Yasuko Takahashi (Japan/Belgium). We also want to welcome the clarinet player Eddy Vanoosthuyse (Belgium), who will be in charged of this discipline.

Similarly to former years the quality of the teachers, the concerts as well as the course organisation is outstanding. We are convinced that this course will continue to increase its national and international reputation in the near future.

Through the international platform that we create and by interaction with teachers and students, we wish to encourage our students to develop musically as well as on a social level. Vitoria-Gasteiz as a city also plays a major role in the course as a welcoming host with friendly locals, a number of historical buildings, a variety of bars and café
