1. General
1.1. Masterhomepage GmbH owns and invoices the ClassicalMasterclasses.com database.
1.2. Providers of continuing education courses and seminars related to classical music (e.g., professors, lecturers, institutes, private individuals) are permitted to register in the ClassicalMasterclasses.com database.
1.3. ClassicalMasterclasses.com reserves the right to reject registrations if their content is not related to classical music, violates laws, official regulations, or accepted ethical standards. 1.4.
ClassicalMasterclasses.com has the right to delete duplicate registrations.
1.5. ClassicalMasterclasses.com is entitled to amend or supplement these terms and conditions, including all appendices such as terms of use and service descriptions, at any time.
1.6. ClassicalMasterclasses.com is not liable for delays in performance caused by force majeure, strikes, lockouts, operational disruptions, or failures of communication networks and gateways of other operators, or other disruptions. 1.7
. No refunds will be issued for service outages caused by disruptions outside the control of ClassicalMasterclasses.com.


2. Obligations
2.1. The client is solely responsible for the content of the advertisements and offers. The client guarantees the accuracy of the information provided.
2.2. The client indemnifies ClassicalMasterclasses.com against all third-party claims arising from any non-compliance.
2.3. The client is obligated to:
2.3.1. ensure that their information, such as profile, contact details, etc., is complete and truthful;
2.3.2. use the services appropriately;
2.3.3. not misuse access to the services and the services provided, and refrain from unlawful actions;
2.4. ClassicalMasterclasses.com undertakes to make the listings available to searchers upon receipt of payment.
2.5. ClassicalMasterclasses.com is entitled, but not obligated, to review the content of the offers or entries.
2.6. ClassicalMasterclasses.com makes no guarantees regarding possible rankings and/or the order of search results when searching/researching the provider database.


3. Liability
3.1. Claims for damages arising from impossibility of performance, breach of contract, negligence in the formation of the contract, and tort are excluded both against ClassicalMasterclasses.com and in relation to its agents and subcontractors, unless there is intent or gross negligence. ClassicalMasterclasses.com is not liable for consequential damages, in particular those arising from breach of contract.

3.5. The client is personally liable for content they create in the database with regard to unfair competition or other legal violations. The client shall indemnify ClassicalMasterclasses.com in all cases against any damages arising from content violations on the website, whether brought to ClassicalMasterclasses.com by third parties or by court order or cease-and-desist letter.


4. Payment Terms
4.1. The prices currently published on classicalMasterclasses.com apply.
4.2. For organizers with a billing address in Switzerland, VAT of 8.0% is included in the price. No VAT is charged for all other countries.
4.4. When paying by credit card, the registered course is automatically activated immediately.
4.5. For payments made by invoice/prepayment, the registered course will be activated upon receipt of payment.
4.6. Once payment has been made, no refund or compensation can be claimed, even if a registered course is deleted.


5. Miscellaneous
5.1. The place of jurisdiction for all registered courses on ClassicalMasterclasses.com is Basel, Switzerland. All legal relations between the parties are governed by Swiss law.
5.2. By registering, these terms and conditions are deemed accepted.
